1) Support & troubleshooting
If you face an issue, contact us with:

your order name/number (if available)

device model (iPhone/Android) and OS version
-
short video showing what happens when you tap the card
We may guide you through basic checks such as:

ensuring NFC is enabled (Android)
-
removing thick/metal phone cases
-
trying a different tap area on the phone
-
testing on another phone
2) Warranty coverage
We provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.
Covered examples (subject to verification):

NFC chip not responding under normal use
-
manufacturing faults or print defects not caused by the customer
Not covered:
-
damage from bending, snapping, scratches after use, heat, water, chemicals
-
modifications, drilling, re-laminating, or tampering
-
device compatibility limitations or OS changes outside our control
-
incorrect details approved by customer in proof (typos/links)
3) Warranty claim window
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you believe there is a defect. (The sooner the better.)
4) Resolution
If confirmed eligible, we may (at our discretion):

repair, or
-
replace, or
-
provide an alternative solution
You may be asked to return the item for inspection.
5) NFC compatibility note
NFC behaviour can vary by device, OS, settings, and phone case. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every phone model or future software updates.
