Delivery Locations

DW NFC Card currently delivers within Malaysia (West Malaysia / Peninsular Malaysia only).

Processing Your Order

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Because DW NFC Cards include custom setup (e.g., design and production), orders require processing time before dispatch:

  • Processing / Production time: within 10 days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Courier delivery time: usually 1–3 days, depending on your location and courier service.

Estimated total time: up to 10 days processing + 1–3 business days shipping.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Drop

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday (weekend delivery depends on the courier).

If you choose a safe drop / leave at door option (if available), DW NFC Card is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the parcel is marked as delivered.

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate, and someone is available to receive the parcel.

Tracking Orders

Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us and we’ll help follow up with the courier.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.

  • Incorrect item received: Please do not open or use the item. Contact us immediately for assistance.

  • Damaged item received: Contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of:

    1. the item,

    2. the packaging, and

    3. the shipping label.

Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return/refund (unless required by applicable consumer law).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
