Refund Policy

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that may apply under Malaysian consumer protection laws or any other applicable laws. Where legally permitted, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Return Window

We accept returns for DW NFC Card(s) or other products within 30 days of receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned in its original condition and original packaging.

  • The product has not been damaged through misuse, accident, or abnormal use.

  • Custom printing / customisation has not begun (including design finalisation, printing, encoding/setup, or production work).

Important: Most DW NFC Cards are made-to-order. Once customisation/production begins, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your DW NFC Card(s) or other products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return, replacement, or exchange.

You must follow the directions we provide for the return process. We may request supporting evidence such as photos/videos of:

  1. the item,

  2. the packaging, and

  3. the shipping label.

Return Costs and Processing

  • If the return is due to a consumer guarantee failure (e.g., confirmed defect, incorrect item supplied, or product not as described), return shipping costs will be covered by DW-NFC (subject to verification).

  • Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm the claim).

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the returned product is safely packed and sent back to us within the 30-day return window.

We are not responsible for lost returns during transit if the parcel is not tracked/secured appropriately. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking.
